- Your supplier will prepare and dispatch your order directly to your provided shipping address
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
7. Shipping & Delivery
As a dropshipping business, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Please be aware of the following:
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Bright City Worldwide is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at the email below and we will investigate and work toward a resolution on your behalf.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because Bright City Worldwide does not physically handle products, our return and refund process works through our supplier partners. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product materially differs from its description on our website
Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items The following are generally not eligible for return:
- Items returned without prior authorization

Bright City Worldwide acts as your point of contact for all return and refund matters. You do not need to deal with the supplier directly — that is our responsibility.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched to the supplier. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our support email with your order number. Once an order has been forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

All content on the Bright City Worldwide website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, product images, graphics, and website layout — is the intellectual property of Bright City Worldwide or is used with permission from our suppliers and partners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of our website content is permitted provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
