Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because Bright City Worldwide does not physically handle products, our return and refund process works through our supplier partners. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns You may request a return or refund if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product materially differs from its description on our website

Return Window Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.

How to Request a Return Contact us at the email address below with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following are generally not eligible for return:

• Items returned without prior authorization
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
• Change-of-mind returns (unless the product was materially misrepresented)

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but is typically 5–10 business days.
